How do I open the Parents area?

Tap Parents at the top of the home screen. A short grown-up check keeps children from opening it by accident. There you’ll find progress, time in lessons, settings and certificates.

Pip fell asleep. Is something wrong?

No. A grown-up can set Pip to nap after 1 to 8 lessons or after 15 to 60 minutes. When the limit is reached, Pip says goodbye at the end of a lesson. To wake him, open the Parents area and choose one more lesson, 10 more minutes or until tomorrow.

How do I print a certificate?

When your child finishes all the lessons in a world, open the Parents area and choose the certificate. You can add your child’s first name, pick Letter or A4 paper, and print.

I can’t hear Pip’s voice

Check that the device volume is up. Pip’s voice is turned off only by the Pip’s voice setting in the Parents area; the music button never mutes it. Tap the sunflower speaker to hear a question again.

I bought the full game. How do I get it back on a new device?

Open the Parents area, go to Free lessons and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account (iPhone, iPad) or Google Account (Android, Chromebook) that bought the full game.

How do I erase my child’s progress?

The Parents area has a button that erases the progress right away. Deleting the app removes everything else Pip keeps on the device.

How many lessons are free?

9 of the 38 lessons are free: lessons 1 and 2 in every world, plus the measuring warm-up. One purchase of $3.99 opens all 38. There is no subscription and there are no ads.
